Chapter One Dublin

Chapter one is one Michelin star restaurant in Dublin. Krasi & Andy selected it for celebration of their second anniversary. The menu of the dinner is follow: Terrine of foie gras, madiera and duck jelly, icewine verjus, pear and hazelnut salad, toasted brioche for starter. Slow cooked Connemara hill lamb shoulder with gremolata, sauce soubise, breaded lap of lamb and seasonal vegetables for main dish and for desert chocolate fondant, vanilla and black sesame ice cream, banana sauce  and Roast black figs in port, gingerbread crunch, gingerbread ice-cream and caramelised almond, warm honey madeleine.
